This product helps farmers in 3 countries -- the organic cocoa is from small-scale farmers in the Dominican Republic, the organic sugar is fairly traded from farmer cooperatives in Paraguay, and the organic milk powder from U.S. dairy cooperatives. Contains milk. Manufactured on equipment that processes products containing soy, wheat, and eggs.

Absolutely delicious!

I can't live without chocolate, and before this, was a candy bar eater. But this cocoa was a find! The cacao chocolate bars in the health food store are too strong for me, but this is fine.
I have it several times a day. It is my go-to drink, for when I'm cold or when I need a pick-me-up. Otherwise, cocoa around here is seasonal, although I wish us cocoa drinkers had the same considerations as coffee drinkers (maybe that will change). Also, I can't settle for store brands, as they're not as good. This is very chocolaty (butI make it like an expresso) and I take it with me.
